Creating an account with Valucrafts.com will allow you to access your previous billing information for fast ordering, view your account status, and view your recent ordering history. Before you checkout be sure to enter your account information, because this is mandatory in order to place an order on Valucrafts.com.

Ordering Assistance
Adding items to your cart is very easy on Valucrafts.com. Simply click on the "Add To Cart" button on the page, and the item will automatically be added into your cart. You will be given the opportunity to keep shopping to add other items to your cart or to view your cart to checkout.
If you wish to access your cart from any page, click the "My Cart" button found at the top of any page. This will take you to the items that are in your cart to view your running subtotal, and will take to the next steps to complete your purchase.

Payment
Valucrafts.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. When you finalize your order, your credit card will be charged the final amount of the order. If certain items were not shiped but you were charged for these items, please contact support@valucrafts.com to resolve the issue.
Order Policy
Please submit your order at Valucrafts.com, we are not able to process orders via telephone.
After you submit your order, you will receive a computer- generated confirmation that your order was placed. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see this email within 5 min of completing your order. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order, we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
At this time we do not process back-orders. If your item is out of stock at the time of fulfillment we will cancel the out of stock product, ship the balance of your order, adjust your order total, and send you a Ship Confirmation email notifying you of the change. You will need to place a new order if you still need the item when it is back in stock.
If the item(s) you order are out of stock at the time of fulfillment we will cancel the order to stop the hold on your funds. If you have not received a Ship Confirmation email within 4-5 business days and you have verified the Ship Confirmation email is not in your spam/junk folder, please log into your valucrafts.com account to confirm your order is still active. If it has been canceled, and you did not request the cancellation, we did not have enough of the item(s) your ordered. Please watch for the item(s) to return to the In Stock status and place a new order.
Tracking your Order
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a Thank you notification from Orders@valucrafts.com letting you know we have received your order and containing the information needed to access your order status. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional email informing you that your order has left our facility and will include the tracking information to track your order.

Shipping
Valucrafts.com ships to the USA, including Alaska, and Hawaii. We also ship to Military APO
/ FPO Boxes.
We typically use DHL Global Mail for our standard shipping method, as well as for all Military APO / FPO address.
Our goal is to deliver your orders in the quickest and most affordable way possible. Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be processed the following morning. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Generally, all orders will be received between 7 and 10 days from the time they were placed..Please allow 3 - 4 days processing time after your order has been placed. Holiday Processing may take longer due to the volume. All orders placed after December 9th cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Valucrafts.com purchase, you may return your merchandise within 60 days of receiving your order. We will gladly issue a credit to your credit card for the amount of your item (less the original shipping cost) once it is returned in resalable condition.
